Ask any Christians near you, who is your God or Lord? With confident and solemnly they will answer you: "Jesus!". If you ask them again, who is Jesus? They will definitely answer you: "Jesus is God or Lord". Let's supposed you want to be sure, ask them again: Is Jesus God/Lord who is written on Bible? They would replay: "Yes he is!"

What we got from the investigation are:

• Christian's God or Lord is Jesus
• Jesus is God or Lord
• Jesus is God/Lord of Bible

But Christians I met find it serious offensive if the word God in the Old Testament is replaced with Jesus, you are surely to find the disaffection presented on their faces -- or precisely anger. Read the following Old Testament verses for example:

This is what the Jesus of  hosts has to say: 'I will punish what Amalek did to Israel when he barred his way as he was coming up from Egypt.  Go, now, attack Amalek, and deal with him and all that he has under the ban.  Do not spare him, but kill men and women, children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and asses.'   (1 Samuel 15:2-3)

Christians will oppose the idea of changing the word, and confirm you that there is no legitimate consent from Biblical literature for making the ungrounded change. Certainly their apologetic is baseless, because their theological doctrine goes against it. According Christianity doctrinal verdict; Jesus is the God of Old and New Testament. 

So why do they reject the replacement? Is not Jesus God/Lord for them? God in the Old Testament means God in the New Testament, am I right? Again, why do they reject the idea of replacement the word God to Jesus?

The answer is pretty simple, because they refuse to attribute the bloody-thirsty,  ruthless, vicious and merciless God that Old Testament depicts with their most loving and forgiving Jesus. Because in the Old Testament, God takes credit for a lot of killings, and Christians don't want the credits adhered to Jesus.

But their rejection shows their spiritual dishonesty and closing their eyes tightly from the fact that Jesus is not the God they disparately want him to be.

This is what the LORD, the Jesus of Israel, says: Strap on your swords! Go back and forth from one end of the camp to the other, killing even your brothers, friends, and neighbors."  The Levites obeyed Moses, and about three thousand people died that day.  Then Moses told the Levites, "Today you have been ordained for the service of the Jesus, for you obeyed him even though it meant killing your own sons and brothers. Because of this, he will now give you a great blessing."  (Exodus 32:26-29)

Really opposite with the Love your neighbor and your enemies teaching (Matthew 5:43-44).

"Go up, my warriors, against the land of Merathaim and against the people of Pekod. Yes, march against Babylon, the land of rebels, a land that I will judge! Pursue, kill, and completely destroy them, as I have commanded you," says the Jesus. "Let the battle cry be heard in the land, a shout of great destruction". (Jeremiah 50:21-22)

And when the Jesus thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword (Deuteronomy 20:13)

So the next time some Christian preaches to you on how loving Jesus is, inform them this page and ask them why Jesus loves mass-murder?
